- Rub the potatoes in baking grease and bake at 425°F for one hour
- In a pan, cook shallots with bacon grease and Mister Mustard, until translucent.
- Add cabbage to the pan and continue to cook until fully incorporated and cabbage has softened.
- Cut an oval into the top of the potatoes and scoop the insides into a large bowl.
- Add milk, butter, sour cream, the cabbage mixture, bacon bits and mozzarella to the bowl and fully combine.
- Stuff the mixture back into the potatoes and top with a small amount of cheese and bacon.
- Bake the filled potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Repeat as necessary
